Mission
Give pet owners calmer, more confident support throughout their pet’s life.
We turn fragmented pet-care information into useful context, helping owners understand what they know, what to watch, and when professional care may be needed.
Company
Pet owners searched for answers in too many places: old records, vet notes, search results, memories. The information was never complete. The process was always time consuming.
We believed this could be better. Simpler. Connected. So we consolidated everything a pet owner needs into one place.

How We Started
Jersey ate rat poison. Away for the weekend in an unfamiliar town, Jim had minutes. Search. Calls. Finally found an emergency vet.
Mocha needed a fecal sample for her exam. The clinic never mentioned it. Maddie showed up without one and was sent home. Another day off work.
When Jim and Akash later spoke about it, the insight was clear:
Pet owners needed one place. Not just answers, but a connected health story.
That became PawHealthAI.
The first tool was Evie, an AI guide for everyday pet questions. A calm place to turn when owners are uncertain. But Evie taught them something essential: a useful answer today becomes invaluable when it knows the full history.
A symptom means something different when paired with age, medications, and earlier observations. A vet visit is more productive when the owner arrives with complete context. A vaccination date matters for future care only if it's recorded and accessible.
So PawHealthAI evolved into something larger. Records. Weekly check-ins. Reminders. Observations. A single digital home where an owner's knowledge of their pet consolidates into something that becomes more useful over time.
Evie sits inside that system. She turns fragmented information into clarity. But the system itself is what makes her helpful.
That principle still guides us. Not AI first. Context first. Connection first. Everything else follows.
Pet care is fragmented. A pet’s life is not.
What We Are Building
Most pet-care tools solve one moment. A search. A reminder. A record. An appointment. A conversation.
PawHealthAI centers on the pet, not the moment.
The goal is simple: each observation builds on the last. Over time, that data compounds. When something changes, the owner has not just today's facts, but months of history. The value grows with every entry.
Evie works alongside what the owner already knows: their intuition, their observations, their gut feelings about the pet. Weekly check-ins preserve observations that fade from memory. Pawport holds records and care details. Together, they build a health story the owner can carry forward.
Evie is one part. The pet profile is the foundation.
Over time, we see this story enabling handoffs between owners, breeders, groomers, vets and care partners. Connected. Transparent. Always owner-controlled.
What Drives Us
Mission
We turn fragmented pet-care information into useful context, helping owners understand what they know, what to watch, and when professional care may be needed.
Vision
A future where relevant pet-health context does not disappear at every new appointment, owner handover or care interaction, and where the people involved in a pet’s wellbeing can work from a clearer shared history.
Calm, intelligent care for lifelong pet wellbeing.
Our Values
If a decision is not meaningfully better for the pet or the person responsible for them, it is not the right decision for us.
Pet health can be emotional. We aim to make information clearer, not louder, more alarming or more complicated than it needs to be.
We are explicit about what AI can and cannot do. User control, provenance, safety boundaries and appropriate veterinary escalation are product requirements, not marketing language.
A useful care moment should not disappear when the conversation ends. We build so relevant records, observations and context can become more valuable over time.
The Team
Jim and Akash lead a team across product, AI, engineering, and growth.
Being early is an advantage. We listen to owners, partners, and people across pet care. We move fast. We adapt when reality demands it.
We aim high. But we are honest about where we are today and what is possible now.
Built in the Real World
Pet health moves through many hands.
That is why we are building with, not for, the ecosystem. Real conversations shape every decision.
We are learning where information gets lost. Where owners lose confidence. Where fragmentation costs time or money. That feedback shapes what we build next.
